How often should I have my house professionally cleaned?
Bi-weekly is the most common schedule for Rhode Island households and keeps most homes comfortably ahead of buildup. Weekly service suits busy families, homes with pets, or larger properties, while monthly works well for smaller households that stay tidy between visits.
Do cleaning services bring their own supplies?
NE Clean provides all cleaning supplies and equipment for every job. Clients don't need to stock or set out anything. If you prefer we use products you supply, just leave them out and let us know.
Will you go through my closets, cabinets, or drawers?
No. NE Clean team members do not open closets, cabinets, or drawers. We clean visible and accessible surfaces and leave your private spaces private. If we're ever unsure whether something should be touched, we ask first.
